– how to “control yourself”, i.e. how to deal with tasks. Participants learn proven methods for organizing their own work, planning short- and long-term tasks, ways of dealing with personal blocks. The purpose of this block is to equip everyone with a basic set of tools so that they can become a valuable team member.
– this block focuses on the joint implementation of tasks, in particular on dealing with difficult situations: problems and conflicts, in order to move quickly to a constructive solution when faced with such a situation.
