Project Management Expert I have a lot of papers to confirm that :), e.g. PMP, ACP, Professional Scrum Master. I have been conducting projects since 1998, and since 2001 also international ones. However, I am backed up by more than just the papers. I am the creator of the KISS PM method I like simplicity, and solutions based on millions of forms have never worked, so something simple has been created. I am the author of the book "Step-by-step project management" Writing gives me pleasure, and in the case of this book it turned out that readers like what I have written.

    Opinions about us

I feel as if I saw “the light at the end of the tunnel" :) I have received materials for individual work and I could get acquainted with an approach from a different perspective. There are very useful examples of problem solving. I'll certainly use Outlook, list creation and inbox cleaning up in practice.

After the training, I have a plan of actions to organize my working time. The most valuable parts for me were those concerning e-mail and task management.

For me the most interesting point of the training was the goal sheet. I received a lot of tips for good work; I especially liked the one about the inserts in the calendar.

After the training, I have a feeling that everything can be controlled; I have noted down 50 tips that I am going to put into practice.

The training has assured me that drawing up lists makes sense and helps to organize work and private life. I'm sure I'll apply the organization of the calendar in practice.

The training made me aware of the possibility to organize the teamwork. The most valuable thing I have learned from the training is the cascading of tasks, the organization of the calendar and control over the e-mail box as well as the organization of the day plan. I most appreciate the coach’s competence and ability to convey knowledge, as well as his practical approach to the discussed issue and problems.
